For all returns or exchanges an original receipt must be provided when the items are being returned or exchanged.
Due to the nature of the products we sell and for the health and safety of all our customers, food packaging items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Digital Print Personalization items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any products with quality issues may be exchanged within three business days of original purchase/delivery date, subject to examination and review of the item before the exchange can be processed.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
ECOpak reserves the right to refuse any product for return or exchange that is deemed unsuitable for sale.
